01 / Product Overview
Personal AI Agent

Your computer has a second user.

Violoop V4 is a plug-in personal AI agent that works with the computer you already use. It understands the work already happening on screen, prepares what should happen next, and—once authorized—continues the task inside real software.

Meet Your Personal AI Agent

Violoop does more than respond to isolated prompts. It works from the context already visible on screen and carries forward useful knowledge about the user’s projects, workflows, preferences, and approval boundaries.

This is what we mean by artificial intuition: it notices what should happen next and begins preparing it before the user has turned the moment into a prompt.

02 / Before You Test

Unbox, connect, and update first.

Please complete the setup before planning the review workflow. Correct connections and the latest software help ensure the product shown in the video accurately reflects the V4 experience.

Step 01

Unbox and identify the ports

Confirm the Violoop V4 device, DC power adapter, full-featured USB-C cable, and included accessories. V4 has a DC power port, a full-function USB-C port, and an optional HDMI input.

Step 02

Connect the V4 correctly

Use DC power plus the full-featured USB-C connection for the recommended two-cable setup. The USB-C connection carries data and DisplayPort video.

Step 03

Install and update

Install the Violoop companion app, complete activation, and update the device and software before recording the setup or testing product capabilities.

Connection warning: HDMI is optional. If Violoop is connected only through HDMI and power, without a USB data connection, it cannot control the computer through keyboard and mouse input.
03 / Task Flow
AI should not wait for a prompt

See. Understand. Prepare. Act. Pause.

Violoop connects understanding, preparation, operation, and confirmation in one continuous workflow. It can move work forward across applications while keeping consequential decisions with the user.

01 · PERCEPTIONSee the screen and the work already in progress
02 · INTENTUnderstand the objective and relevant context
03 · PREPAREAnticipate and prepare the most useful next step
04 · ACTIONAfter authorization, continue the task across real applications
05 · APPROVALPause before a protected action for the user’s physical confirmation
The AI prepares. The human decides. “Thinking” means understanding the current context, judging what comes next, and preparing in advance. “Pausing” means waiting for physical confirmation before a sensitive action. Authorizing a workflow does not automatically authorize every consequential step inside it.
04 / Core Capabilities

Feature → workflow → proof.

Choose the capabilities that fit your channel. Each one should appear naturally inside a workflow and end with a result the audience can verify.

FEATURE 01

Proactive next-step preparation

Violoop observes the active workflow, interprets what the user is trying to accomplish, and prepares the next relevant step without requiring the full context to be restated.

Good demonstrationSponsor email → understand request → prepare reply → user reviews.
FEATURE 02

Cross-app computer use

One objective can move through communication tools, browser tabs, documents, spreadsheets, calendars, internal systems, and desktop software without losing the thread.

Good demonstrationEmail → Calendar → event → confirmation email.
FEATURE 03

Personal Work Model

Violoop carries forward useful working context—project history, recurring workflows, communication preferences, file relationships, approval boundaries, and completion criteria.

Good demonstrationCorrect a first result → repeat a related task → compare what carried over.
FEATURE 04

Physical approval

The AI can prepare and advance work, while consequential actions remain behind a visible decision boundary enforced by a dedicated security MCU and confirmation control.

Good demonstrationDraft ready → review recipient and content → physical approval → send.
FEATURE 05

Local-first intelligence

Raw screen imagery is processed locally. Routine perception, interaction, and persistent memory run on the device; deeper reasoning may use a model selected by the user.

Use precise languageLocal-first does not mean that no information ever reaches a cloud service.
FEATURE 06

Away Mode

Within an authorized scope, Violoop can continue a longer workflow while the user is away. If it reaches a protected action, it pauses and requests approval.

Good demonstrationAssign task → leave desk → approve if needed → return and inspect the result.
05 / Workflow Ideas

Use work your audience recognizes.

The strongest scenario starts from a clear source, moves through meaningful application handoffs, and ends with a visible output.

Creator operations

Process a sponsor request

Understand the request, locate the right assets, update a tracker, and prepare the reply.

Email → Drive → Sheet → reply

Meetings

Prepare and schedule

Use an incoming request and approved project materials to prepare the meeting and follow-up.

Email → Calendar → Docs → confirmation

Documents

Create a work report

Combine approved sources into an editable report and check which conclusions still need human judgment.

Gmail / Slack → Sheets → Docs

Files

Organize and prepare delivery

Find, rename, categorize, and move files while keeping the final recipient and delivery decision with the user.

Local files / Drive → organize → review

Business operations

Create a quotation

Use approved pricing and a real template; clearly separate completing the quotation from sending it.

Message → Sheets → Drive → Docs → send approval

Data cleanup

Turn inconsistent data into a result

Standardize fields, remove duplicates, and show the record counts before and after the task.

Multiple Sheets → clean → verify → report

06 / V4 Hardware

Dedicated hardware for real computer use.

V4 combines local perception, persistent memory, task feedback, real keyboard-and-mouse operation, and trusted physical approval in one device.

Recommended setup: connect DC power and a full-featured USB-C cable supporting data and DisplayPort video. HDMI is optional. If the device is connected only through HDMI and power, without USB data, it cannot control the computer through keyboard and mouse input.
07 / Security

Local-first, not cloud-free.

Explain the architecture precisely. Trust comes from showing where information is processed, when an external model may be used, and where the user must approve.

What stays local

  • Raw screen imagery and routine screen perception
  • Routine inference and computer interaction
  • Task history and Personal Work Model context
  • Persistent memory stored on the device

When cloud intelligence may be used

For deeper reasoning, selected task context may be sent to the model chosen by the user. The exact data flow depends on the selected model, endpoint, and privacy settings.

Do not describe Violoop as “100% local,” “completely offline,” “absolutely secure,” or “zero risk.”

08 / Long-Form Video Guide

Choose a structure that fits your channel.

There is no single required script. Use the format that best matches your audience, while showing genuine hands-on testing, visible proof, limitations, and a clear verdict.

Workflow-First Review
Start with a real task → introduce Violoop in context → follow the task across apps → show the approval boundary → inspect the result → explain who benefits.
Feature + Workflow Review
Show setup → select three or four relevant capabilities → pair each feature with a real workflow → cover trust and hardware → discuss limitations → give your verdict.
Why Hardware? Technical Review
Begin with the hardware question → show the physical setup → explain local perception, real computer operation, memory, and approval through one workflow → assess the architecture.
Long-Term Personal Intelligence Review
Run a task once → make a correction or preference explicit → use Violoop normally → repeat a related task → compare what improved and what still needed correction.
Workday Scenario Review
Anchor the story in a real working environment → build one recognizable use case → let capabilities appear naturally → prioritize one complete, verifiable workflow over disconnected examples.

Video requirements

Dedicated long-form reviews should be at least five minutes unless the agreement specifies otherwise.
Show Violoop clearly during setup and actual operation.
Include at least five seconds of clear logo exposure.
Use narration and on-screen proof to explain what the device is doing.

09 / Content Red Lines

Keep the review credible.

Show the actual product, actual applications, and actual results. Be honest about what worked, what did not, and what still required human judgment.

Do not claim Violoop can automatically complete everything or replace human work.
Do not claim it works with every application or configuration.
Do not say “100% local,” “completely offline,” “absolute security,” or “zero risk.”
Do not invent performance, memory, migration, pricing, or compatibility claims.
Do not use software-logo montages to imply actions that were not genuinely performed.
Do not disparage competitors or use unsupported “first,” “only,” “best,” or “most powerful” claims.
All ports, specifications, applications, workflows, and interface controls shown in the video must match the V4 unit, current software, permissions, and operating system actually tested.
